Background :Bombesin Receptor 3 expression has been reported in lung (normal and cancer), nasal mucosa, placenta, and uterus. ESTs have been isolated from normal brain and kidney cancer libraries. It has a role in sperm cell division, maturation, or function. This receptor mediates its action by association with G proteins that activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.

Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
