Background :STEAP is unique among the currently known prostate cancer markers because of its putative secondary structure, from which one may predict that it functions as a potential channel protein. STEAP is strongly expressed in advanced prostate cancer and some extent expression in other cancers, such as colon and ovarian cancer cell lines.

Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
