Background :Substrate-specific adapter of a BCR (BTB-CUL3-RBX1 E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex required for mitotic progression and cytokinesis. The BCR(KLHL42 E3 ubiquitin ligase complex mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of KATNA1. Involved in microtubule dynamics throughout mitosis.

Product :1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
