Product Name :C1q-C (Q119) polyclonal antibody
Reactivity :Human,Mouse,Rat
Application_all :IHC: 1:50~1:200
Background :C1q associates with the proenzymes C1r and C1s to yield C1, the first component of the serum complement system. The collagen-like regions of C1q interact with the Ca(2+)-dependent C1r(2)C1s(2) proenzyme complex, and efficient activation of C1 takes place on interaction of the globular heads of C1q with the Fc regions of IgG or IgM antibody present in immune complexes.
Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2
Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :C1q-C (Q119) polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of C1q-C protein.
Note :For research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedure.
Alternative Name :Complement C1q subcomponent subunit C; C1QC; Complement component 1; q subcomponent; gamma polypeptide; C1Q C; Complement component 1; q subcomponent; C chain; C1QG
Immunogen :Synthetic peptide, corresponding to amino acids 81-130 of Human C1q-C.
