Background :Alpha-2C adrenergic receptors (α2C-AR) regulate neurotransmitter release from sympathetic nerves in the heart, and from adrenergic neurons in the central nervous system. α2C-AR can influence Parkinson’s disease, panic disorders, and Huntington disease (HD) progression. α2C-AR transcripts are present in rat muscle, heart, pancreas, and kidney.

Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
