Product Name :CD66e monoclonal antibody
Application_all :IF (1/50 - 1/200)
Background :Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), also known as CD66e or CEACAM5, is a 180-200 kDa cell surface glycoprotein whose expression is elevated in intestinal carcinomas and other tumors. CEA mediates cell adhesion, though little more is known about its biological activity. Expression of CEA is correlated with tumerogenicity, and it has been shown to play a role in cell migration, adhesion and invasion in culture cells, as well as in metastasis in vivo.
Product :Mouse IgG1 kappa. Liquid in PBS, pH 7.3, and 0.02% sodium azide.
Purification&Purity :The monoclonal antibody was affinity-purified from Mouse antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -20°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Specificity :Recognizes human CD66e
