Background :Low-affinity receptor for immunoglobulin E (IgE) and CR2/CD21. Has essential roles in the regulation of IgE production and in the differentiation of B-cells (it is a B-cell-specific antigen).

Product :Mouse IgG1 kappa. Liquid in PBS, pH 7.3, and 0.02% sodium azide.

Purification&Purity :The monoclonal antibody was affinity-purified from mouse antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
