Background :Interferon alpha-inducible protein 6 (IFI6) belongs to the ISG12 family of proteins and is a small, multipass transmembrane protein localized to mitochondrial membranes. IFI6 is one of the first interferon-stimulated genes to be identified and research studies have shown that IFI6 regulates apoptotic signaling pathways triggered in response to type-I interferons. In addition, IFI6 participates in type-I interferon-mediated antiviral signaling by mitigating viral replication.

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).

Storage&Stability :Store at 4°C short term. Aliquot and store at -24°C long term. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
