Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using Prohibitin 2 ) antibody at 1:1000 dilution.
Secondary antibody: HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG at 1:10000 dilution.
Lysates/proteins: 25ug per lane.
Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST.
Detection: ECL Basic Kit .

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human esophagus using Prohibitin 2 ) antibody at dilution of 1:100 .Perform microwave antigen retrieval with 10 mM PBS buffer pH 7.2 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300ug extracts of A-549 cells using 3ug Prohibitin 2 antibody . Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using Prohibitin 2 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000.
