Background :Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase D (PPID) is a ubiquitously expressed cytoplasmic enzyme that catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic bonds within HSP90 complexes to facilitate folding of protein clients, such as steroid hormone receptors . Research studies have also demonstrated that PPID plays a role in regulating the assembly and release of viruses, such as HCV and SARS-CoV-2.

Product :Liquid in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.
