Background :Serine/threonine-protein kinase that acts as a key regulator of NRAS signaling by mediating phosphorylation of NRAS at 'Ser-89', thereby enhancing NRAS-binding to its downstream effectors.

Product :Liquid in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
