Background :Catalyzes the NADH-dependent reduction of hydroxypyruvate into glycerate in the photorespiratory core cycle. Mediates fatty acid beta-oxidation in germinating seeds when malate dehydrogenase is absent.

Product :Liquid in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide.

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
