Background :Ran-binding protein 17 (RANBP17) is a member of the importin-beta superfamily of nuclear transport receptors, and one of the interacting partners of sperm maturation 1 (SPEM1) .May have a role in sex chromosome inactivation during the meiotic phase of spermatogenesis.

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
