Background :Myf5 is a member of the myogenic basic helix-loop-helix family of transcription factors. These activate the muscle differentiation program. Myf5 also induces fibroblasts to differentiate into myoblasts. It is a probable sequence specific DNA-binding protein.

Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 96% (by SDS-PAGE).
