Background :SERPINB4 is also called squamous cell carcinoma antigen 2 (SCCA-2) or leupin. It directly inhibits human granzyme proteolytic activity and that overexpression of SERPINB4 in HeLa cells inhibits recombinant granzyme-induced as well as NK cell-mediated cell death.

Product :Rabbit IgG, 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.2

Purification&Purity :The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
