Description :Recombinant Human Calprotectin protein is produced by E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding S100A8 Met1-Glu93 and S100A9 Met1-Pro114 is expressed with a His tag at the N-terminus of S100A8. The calprotectin protein has a calculated molecular mass of 23.9 kDa and migrates as an 9.5 kDa (S100A8) and 13.5 kD (S100A9) band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
